The brunch mecca that was once the backyard of East Village restaurant Miracle Grill now has an address, 92 East 7th Street, and a brand new skinny apartment building to go with it. EV Grieve just noted that the construction netting has come off the building, and we're doing the same. On the outside, the six-story, eight-unit building looks pretty high-end for the neighborhood's rental stock, but rentals it shall be. That comes from the office of architect Andrew Fredman, which also let us know that studios and 1BR units are 400-500 square feet, and 2BRs are around 900. We've got nuttin' on pricing or when the building will open, or whether breakfast burritos will be served with a complimentary Bloody Mary.
