We admit to a bit of a fascination with Soho's Little Singer Building, with its dressed-up facade and a few surprises inside. The latest is #7AB, spotted by blog Upper East Sigh. The brokerbabble's all about the high-end architecture, but what caught our eye is the basketball hoop, one of the better arguments we've ever seen for high ceilings. Move over, Novogratz clan! The apartment sold in 2004 for $3.3 million and was listed in 2008 for $11 million. That shot, um, missed. The place is now back on the market for $6.495 million.
