$5 Million Later, Sting Finds a Buyer on Central Park West

Sting first put his 88 Central Park West duplex on the market in 2006 while waiting for his new digs at 15 Central Park West to be finished. At the time, he wanted $24 million for the place, listed with murdered broker-to-the-stars Linda Stein. Sting has since up and moved apartments, brokers, and prices, taking the 88 CPW price tag down to $19 million. The Observer reports the apartment?which belonged to Billy Joel before Sting?is now in contract. The musician's 15 CPW place cost $26.5 million, so the closing price on this one's probably gonna sting a little.
