We last met 1110 Park Avenue, former home of abstract painter Judith Rothschild, along the road to foreclosure, where it was scheduled to end up on the auction block February 4 with a lien of $17 million. This after an attempt to get some cash fast as an $18,000/month rental. It's not exactly clear what happened to the place on auction day, but PropertyShark records a March 1 building sale for $500 to an LLC, Liffey 1110 Park. And now the house is officially on the market, asking $9.45 million for 6,230 square feet and 20,000 more worth of air rights. The place still looks like an art gallery inside, whether or not the recent financial upheaval took a bit of the shine off.
