The Metropolitan Museum of Art has fountain envy: billionaire David H. Koch has pledged at least $10 million for a remake of the Met's fountains after getting jealous of the new one at Lincoln Center. That fountain has water shoots up to 40 feet high. Any changes to the existing Met fountains would have to be approved by the Landmarks Preservation Commission, but the museum has already had preliminary meetings with some "fountain experts." [WSJ]
