The old man slap fight between developers Sheldon Solow and Harry Macklowe over Macklowe's purchase of the GM Building has ended, with much less drama than we were hoping for. Solow originally filed a lawsuit arguing that Macklowe's purchase of the building was nothing more than a "sham auction," and that Solow was actually the rightful owner after putting in the highest bid. But Solow has now dropped the suit. Guy probably has his hands full with the property he already owns. [NYP; previously]
