More (Limited Time Only?) Price Cuts at Northside Piers

New, 30 comments

Plain and simple PriceChoppage is not a new strategy at the Williamsburg waterfront's Northside Piers. Developer Toll Brothers first took an axe to some of the lower-priced units more than a year ago. And at the beginning of this year, with the second tower joining its older sibling on the market, sales at One Northside Piers were ringing up at 13 percent below their most recent asking prices Now, a StreetEasy poster reports another "limited time" round of chops on 12 units in One Northside Piers. At the top, the $1.084 million PH15 is now $974,990. At the bottom, #19C was $599,990 and is now asking $543,990. The folks at the sales office told us the cuts are an "incentive" the development is currently running, but we couldn't get any other details out of 'em. The full list of cuts is below.
