It's been a few months since we've seen signs of life at Harlem's Gateway Condominiums, the pair of new buildings spread horizontally on top of existing buildings on Frederick Douglass Boulevard. But blogger Harlem Bespoke reports that construction has started up again on the project's second phase, and a commenter adds the intel that the project should be finished in early 2011.
