120 Eleventh Avenue is still hunting for a lifesaver. Weapon of choice: axe. The former gay club and Life Savers factory turned condos (and hemmed in by a few more starchitectural success stories) has just chopped prices across the board, again, by around 10 percent. The two penthouses are now asking $13.375 million each (down from $14.75 million, which is down from the original $17 million). On the lower floors, the least expensive unit, the 3BR #2A, is now $3.15 million. Any better, or is the potential buyer's money still better spent investing in actual Life Savers?
