Turns out the gritty Bowery will live on...in Connecticut! Artist Justin Lowe will be recreating the restroom of the defunct CBGB in Hartford, Connecticut's fancypants Wadsworth Atheneum. The recreation will take up four galleries of the museum where Salvador Dali used to hang out. Lowe's last installation, at Deitch Projects, was a fake meth lab with a gurgling toilet, so we're not sure Wadsworth knows quite what it's in for. [WSJ via Animal]
