While the Conde Nast gang ponders a move to 1 World Trade Center, the Observer reports Port Authority Executive Director Chris Ward is hitting the road to try to drum up some more tenants...in Europe. Ward's looking for international firms on the kind of recruiting trip that will eventually be made by whichever developer the Port Authority chooses for a stake in the building. In the meantime, we're glad the Freedom Tower 1 WTC is cocooned against potential rejection. [NYO]
