Though we're not quite buying into this trend piece labeling Hell's Kitchen as a new "neighbrohood" (haven't single dudes been looking for cheap rents near Midtown forever?), the Observer does make a compelling case: "They aren't afraid to walk on 11th Avenue at night; they don't mind the Hustler Club; and drinking in a neighborhood where Robert DeNiro and Francis Ford Coppola have is some sort of affirmation of their masculinity."
