We've been enjoying our townhouses with a bit of an aquatic theme lately, and here's another: 144 Lincoln Place, which recently hit the market asking $3.1 million. So where's the water? The Times, getting a jump on the holiday weekend with some Sunday real estate stories up early, reports the place is owned by Chris Kentis and Laura Lau, the team responsible for the 2003 movie Open Water, about a couple left behind by their scuba-diving group and forced to face sharks. We'll leave the shark/broker jokes to you, commenters, and end this with the intel that Kentis and Lau paid $2.1 million for the house in 2005 and did some renovations to open up the place.
