Legendary NYT fashion photographer Bill Cunningham was one of the last rent-stabilized tenants living in the artist studios above Carnegie Hall, and he's narrated a great slideshow recounting his 60 years in the building. He doesn't sound bummed about his old apartment being turned into a classroom ("what a mahhhvelous idea"), which is an opinion not shared by some of his ex-neighbors. [NYT]
