Soho's 350 West Broadway Unveils Model, Gets Set to Party

New, 5 comments

Only seven apartments call 350 West Broadway home, and one of those full-floor behemoths has just been turned into a decked-out model unit designed by William T. Georgis, who handled all of the building's interiors. For us, walking into the 3,539-square-foot space?asking $9.695 million?caused a bit of déjà vu. It looks just like the sample built in the Soho building's old sales office.

The lobby also looks just as promised, with art and furniture by Peter Lane, Michele Oka Doner and George Condo. The artistic vibe extends to the model, decorated with pieces, like an Andy Warhol, on loan from the vast collection of developer Aby Rosen. None of the apartments have sold yet, and with this glassy gal looking nearly done and searching for some buzz, brokers will party in the new model tonight. Prices in the range from $8.6 million up to $26 million for the penthouse duplex.

Here's the floorplan for the 3BR (w/ study), 4.5BA space, billed as "Park Avenue-inspired." That may be true: You don't see many Soho condos with entrance galleries these days.
