The Normandie is a Central Harlem condo conversion where apartments sold for as much as $1.5 million back in 2005. It's also, The Real Deal reports, where a lawsuit filed by buyers alleges that those apartments are moldy messes plagued by bad construction. The target of the suit, Tahl-Propp Equities, is one of Harlem's biggest residential developers. Both sides now say they are in settlement negotiations. [Real Deal]
