The Real Estalker reports that a recently PriceChopped 2BR, 2BA unit in the Chelsea Club condominium on West 19th Street belongs to Sean Avery, New York Rangers bad boy, Tribeca bar investor and former Vogue intern. We should have known the 1,123-square-foot condo, now asking $1.695 million, belongs to someone notable?after all, Lil' Shvo is the broker. Looks pretty good for a Karl Fischer building, no? (Though the structural column in the master bath seems a bit odd.) Andres Escobar did the interiors at Chelsea Club, and we're definitely getting a Gretsch Building vibe. The Real Estalker notes Avery paid $1.46 million for the place back in 2007.
