In a star-studded Gimme Shelter today (Jessica Alba hunting in Chelsea! A Baldwin on a bike!), Jennifer Gould Keil reports some interesting intel on 22 and 24 Thompson Street, the Soho townhouses designed by reality TV stars Bob & Cortney Novogratz. No. 22 (aka Tuscany on Thompson), was just sold by a creator of "Grand Theft Auto" for around $4 million to a Colombian family. The Novogratz clan sold No. 24 back in 2006 to Cleveland Cavs giant Zydrunas Ilgauskas. Maybe that's why they stick a bball court in all their houses? Know your target market! [NYP; previously]
