Latest Reality TV Filming Locations; Sheldon Silver on Rector Square

UES, JERSEY CITY?Our great loves, real estate and reality television, keep merging. The latest area luxury buildings to hit the airwaves are the Upper East Side's spa/condo Miraval Living, featured on a new Bravo show called Double Exposure that follows photographers as they make out with Lindsay Lohan. The other is Jersey City's Trump Plaza Residences, which gets a two-episode arc on HGTV's Design Star when two teams of designers each unload on a two-bedroom apartment. Not as exciting as The Bachelorette at 75 Wall, but we'll take it. [NYP/CurbedWire Inbox]

BATTERY PARK CITY?How big of a shitshow is Rector Square (right)? Big enough to warrant statements from powerful politicians. Here's an excerpt from Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver's release: "I am extremely encouraged that the Attorney General has filed a lawsuit against the developer of 225 Rector St., whose residents have been subjected to a string of broken promises and constant uncertainty over the future of their homes ... This lawsuit by the Attorney General will help put the condo back on sound financial footing and return to residents the value of their investments and the peace of mind that was taken from them."
