Robert Scarano's 99 Havemeyer Street Hopes to Catch the M Train

New, 17 comments

We've had one eye on Williamburg's 99 Havemeyer Street ever since the developer complained about some gloomy signage back in 2007. Well, the "Bauhaus inspired" project (part of the Hope Street development cluster) from Brooklyn's favorite barredchitect Robert Scarano has finally hit the market just in time for the M train. TV star brokers CORE are handling the six-unit building, which has those trademark Scarano mezzanines and prices between $630,000 and $690,000. Take a look at the renderings above and tell us whether the building inspires thoughts of sun and blubirds.
