The fall of the euro and the withdrawal of many foreign buyers from the New York City market could be bad news for a few new-to-market developments. At the Setai Fifth Avenue, soccer players and CEOs from Europe were some of the first buyers to sign contracts, and at Trump Soho, two-thirds of the buyers in contract are foreign.
