The rumored sales price of 63 East 82nd Street, the townhouse belonging to bankrupt art-world scammer Lawrence B. Salander, was $13.7 million. Or perhaps $14.25 million. Or maybe less. Now the Observer digs up the actual sales price, and it turns out it's a not-too-shabby $13,950,025 (possibly including concessions). The buyers are Benedict Aitkenhead, head of mortgage sales for Credit Suisse, and Ifeoma Okoronkwo, a physiatrist. [NYO; previously]
