The WSJ got its hands on a report tracking March condo sales in Manhattan, and the pattern is the same old story: sales way up over last year (+101%) and price-per-square-foot way down (-15%). The biggest price decline was on the Upper East Side, where average prices fell 28.8%. Sales of new condos declined 25% in March, while sales of existing units were up 154%. Used is the new new?
