We haven't heard much from 211 East 51st Street since it didn't go to auction last year. But the 73-unit Midtown building from HJ Development is back on our radar screen as of this afternoon, because a bunch of the 21 units still listed for sale on StreetEasy just raised their prices. Most of the increases are minor, under 5 percent, but there are a few hovering around the 15 percent mark. Like #8A, which started off asking $895,000 in mid-2008, saw a few price cuts and a break from the market, and is now asking $920,000. In fact, all of the pricier listings are now asking more than their initial prices. So do recent closing stats support these markups? Let's take a look!
