We generally like our townhouse celebrity tie-ins on the sillier side, but hey, we'll take a former first lady instead. New to market is 211 East 62nd Street, where Eleanor Roosevelt lived between 1953 and 1958. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom, two-half-bathroom house is asking $14.5 million, after last selling in 2004 for $10.4 million. There's a 700-square-foot garden (with fountain!), a 950-square-foot roof garden, six wood-burning fireplaces, and a sweet spiral staircase. Still, we can't blame Eleanor for preferring this place.
