After saying no months ago to an extension of the 7 train to Tenth Avenue and 41st Street, the city has now changed its tune to maybe. Crain's reports the Bloomberg administration hopes to do an engineering study on the possible Tenth Avenue station, which would require separate eastbound and westbound entrances but might not be as expensive as anticipated.
