We were too distracted by the fantastic penthouse floorplan porn to think much about the developer's disappointed pricing hopes, but now they've been disappointed again. Twice. First by #6B, which sold for $7,255,031, a 21.6 percent discount from the ask of $9.25 million. Then again by #11, a full-floor, 8,451-square-foot pad that sold for 12,907,846 after asking $21.5 million, a nearly 40 percent cut. Will we continue to see 535 WEA give these discounts quietly at closing, or is the Chopper headed uptown to make it official?
