A Daily News piece on the real estate allure of Central Park notes that, "Around 110th St. in Harlem, home values rose by more than 115% in the last 10 years compared with 54% in all other areas of Manhattan." Thank 111 Central Park North, which saw a number of big sales at the height of the boom and set the record for most expensive Harlem condo sale. But Harlem Bespoke isn't too blown away by the stats: "Of course, what isn't mentioned is that the area probably had one of the lower home values at the start of the decade, so the only way was up."
