HARLEM?Parties, price cuts, iPads?there's always something interesting going on at Fifth on the Park. Now the developers of the FXFowle-designed tower at Fifth Avenue and 120th Street have called on a pair of designers, Irit Price of Irit Interior Designs and decorator Louis Garcia of Garcia/Maldonado Design, to do their thing on three model apartments on the 16th an 24th floors. A building rep shot some photos over. Let us know if they look better on an iPad. [CurbedWire Inbox]

FAR WEST VILLAGE?The approval of New Domino was the main event, but the City Planning Commission also voted to begin the process of considering a downzoning of six blocks of prime Far West Village land, according to the Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation. The rezoning effort, which would impose height limits on the area, was launched in response to the Perry Street hotel that's no longer happening. Double win for the GSVHP? [CurbedWire Inbox]

WILLIAMSBURG?Hey, speaking of Domino, here comes the reaction! Councilman Steve Levin is still not feeling the project, according to a statement run in the Architect's Newspaper, despite some changes: "Assemblyman [Vito] Lopez and I still firmly oppose the New Domino project as it is currently proposed. While I am pleased that the applicant withdrew the special permit for extra parking spaces and that the City Planning Commission reduced the height of the northernmost tower, the plan is still deeply flawed." Will the developer cave and offer more concessions, or will Bloomberg buddy Christine Quinn get Levin in line? [ArchPaper]
