When he's not suing his Gramercy Park landlords over cheap Ikea furniture and flying chicken wings, former model manager, current real estate broker and perpetual self-promoter Paolo Zampolli is taking his clients on boat rides to pick out properties. The Italian rapscallion says he's already sold a $3.6M pad in Jean Nouvel's 100 Eleventh Avenue thanks to his $800k vessel, but not everyone gets a ride: "If you want to buy a full-floor apartment, I'll take you in my Rolls-Royce Phantom.
