The glass is only half full at 851 Sixth Avenue, but not for long. The Eventi hotel is open on the lower half of the new 53-floor "North Chelsea" skyscraper, and now The Real Deal reports that the 302 luxury rental apartments on the upper floors will be hitting the market in the next three weeks. Citi Habitats will be handling the leasing, and this part of the tower will be known as "the Beatrice." Get it? Beatrice above an inn? Cheeky! OK, maybe we're reading a bit too much into it, but we still expect to see Paul Sevingy holding court nightly up on the building's roof deck, spinning records for a dazed Kirsten Dunst. In their minds they'll probably still think they're in the West Village, so nobody shatter the illusion and everything should be just fine (we think this is the same plot as Inception). Pricing for the rentals, made up of studios, one- and two-bedrooms, hasn't been set yet.
