The Washington Heights/Inwood DMZ at the foot of the Cloisters has a new name: Cloister Park. It's been so christened by broker Matthew Bizzarro, who says that Cloister Park's prices have risen 500 to 600 percent in the past five years even without the official name, and the 'hood doesn't quite qualify as either Hudson Heights or Inwood.
