Time Warner Center Penthouse Asks Double at $35.5M

New, 3 comments

This apartment, #PH77B at the Time Warner Center, last sold in 2006 (to an LLC) for $17,259,337. Not too shabby! But clearly the place had bigger dreams, because "the highest penthouse condominium available for purchase in New York" is now back on the market with Brown Harris Stevens superbroker Paula Del Nunzio asking $35.5 million. (Maybe LeBron should take a look when he's next in the neighborhood?) The 4,825-square-footer has 37 feet of Central Park-view windows in the master bedroom, a wet bar in the living room, and a library with a full bathroom. That all sounds nice, but at $35.5 million, we expect more photos and a floorplan.
