It's a little late for 150 East 93rd Street, where there was no landmarking to stop a resident who wanted to add a penthouse to his penthouse. But Marx Brothers Place, the stretch of East 93rd Street between Lexington and Third Avenues where the Marx brothers lived as children, could be headed for landmarking now: Community Board 8's Landmark's Committee voted yesterday to add the street and the Marx brothers' former house to the Carnegie Hill Historic District.
