Harlem's Park Lane Condominium at 118 West 112th Street has eight units in contract, but apparently the newest crop of units to be listed (sales began in January, but a few fresh units popped up in June) aren't quite moving fast enough. Six of them are now having a $20,000 off sale. Percentage-wise, it's not one of the Chopper's more impressive efforts, but will it be enough to send more prospective buyers up to West 112th Street?
