There are at least six three-bedroom apartments to be found under $1 million in Manhattan right now, New York Magazine discovers. As long as a buyer doesn't mind that those three bedrooms are squeezed into the 800 square feet of a sixth-floor walkup or are the only route to an apartment's bathrooms. The place with the fewest minuses seems to be a Washington Heights townhouse at 2 Sylvan Terrace. [NYM]
