Though one has likely crossed our path before, this $4,200-per-month rental at 425 Keap Street is the first time we can recall seeing a Williamsburg listing from ritzy brokerage Sotheby's (and it's not even the Bedford stop!). How does the firm's flowery prose translate to the gritty 'Burg? Some examples: "Truly embodies classic Williamsburg," "Prewar heritage," "One of the original residential buildings in Williamsburg." When you consider the fact that Sotheby's lumps all of Brooklyn into the same neighborhood profile, that's not too shabby! [Sotheby's via Brownstoner]
