There's always room for one more on the list of notorious post-college party buildings (Normandie Court, 2 Gold Street, etc.), and the Times says the Upper West Side's Ruxton Towers might be fit for inclusion. The reason is a young broker named Caroline Bass, who has handled 75 leases in the building, many involving her friends, who get a whopping 1% discount on the broker fee. The crowd's a bit older and more mature than the frat scene, however. In fact, "Its residents compare it to a female-dominated version of 'Friends.'" [NYT]
