We never quite get over the shock of a seeing a high-priced fixer-upper, and while #11E at 45 Sutton Place South isn't quite the most expensive we've seen, the $13.49 million price tag still counts as an eye popper. The 1,700-square-foot co-op is asking $7,935/square foot (plus $3,083 in monthly maintenance). It's on the market for the first time in 50 years, which might explain why its "GREAT BONES" need "TOTAL RENOVATION." But, on the plus side, there are those river views, and the buyer's allowed to install a washer/dryer to get that construction dust out of everything. And hey, while we're at it, perhaps that bridge visible from the living room window is also for sale?
