205 Montague Street, which was formerly known as the Brooklyn Savings Bank has sold for a reported $33 Million. The 5-story, 77,000 square foot building building was sold to Midtown Equities by Treeline. It's fully occupied and has long-term leases in place. A fun trivia fact about the building: it's where Jackie Robinson made history when he first signed to the Brooklyn Dodgers. [The Real Deal]
