Village Green Penthouse Sells to a Wilf; One Penthouse Left

New, 1 comment

The brothers Wilf recently made a move on the village with NYU's Wilf Hall law school building, but that's not the only neighborhood action by members of the Wilf clan. According to a deed that hit public record this morning, one Jonathan Wilf is the new owner of PH2A at Village Green, East Village eco-obsessed condo success story. Wilf paid $3.3 million for the triplex penthouse with roof deck, originally listed for $3.545 million. A few other sales have closed since our last check, and discounts go up to 7.1 percent, still a pretty strong showing for a building born during the bust. That largest discount came on #1C, which sold for $2.04 million after asking $2.195M. All that's left, according to the building's StreetEasy page, is PH1A, asking $1.9 million.
