Big Reveal: How Much for Some Family-Size Fun in Carnegie Hill?

New, 6 comments

And now, the results of this week's PriceSpotter asking price guessing game!

Location: 40 East 94th Street #7A
Asking: $2,595,000

The angular spectacular that is this 3BR/3BA condo in Carnegie Hill Tower is asking well over what most Curbed commenters figured. Popular opinion was in the $1,000-per-square-foot range, which meant a sub-$2M asking price. But a good condo near the park is hard to find, or so our sellers must be thinking. No PriceSpotters hit the mark dead on, but go back and read the comments for some interesting thoughts on Carnegie Hill's signature scent.
