An inquiring mind wants to know: "How does one file a complaint against an unethical or unprofessional broker, and what is the expected outcome? Does it trigger an investigation with a resolution? Does the fear (or nuisance) of it induce brokers to compensate the person who was injured? Is small claims court a place where a claim against a broker could be adjudicated?"
