It's been a full year since we last checked in on FiDi's 40 Gold, the 56-unit rental project designed by Meltzer Mandl Architects with some party-friendly amenities (roof terrace, rec room, kitchen) up top. And it appears to have been quite a year for the building, which has come in and out of the freezer a few times. Even if it is now looking at that June 2010 occupancy date in the rearview mirror, it's starting to resemble the tiny rendering on its StreetEasy page. Anyone have any other intel on the project? The tipline is open.
UPDATE: An eagle-eyed reader notes that the building's website is up and running, with a promise that leasing will start this fall and that the info that building is made up of studio and 2BR units.
