FiDi rental market watchers are anticipating Spruce Street's Beekman Tower so eagerly that they've been tracking its rise window by window. And now, one tipster tells us, the tower's top is just about done. The building's 900 rental pieces of Frank Gehry are set to hit the market in the first quarter of 2011. There's still no word on prices or amenities, but as our tipster noticed, hey, the windows are working!
