This week's top dish from Eater NY, Curbed's restaurant, bar, and nightlife blog...
1) Harlem: A mostly-outdoor restaurant, Harlem Tavern, is coming to 116th Street at Frederick Douglass Boulevard. The restaurant, rendering above, will be taking over an old gas station lot, and will be joining new neighborhood food hotspots Bier International and 5 & Diamond.
3) East Village: Among those who are not excited about the new East Village bike lanes is the owner of Ginger, a First Avenue sushi spot whose delivery trucks and customers can now no longer find parking. Maybe time to try biking in?
