After a three-year attempt to unload his Midtown condo, chef Emeril Lagasse finally succeeded in finding a buyer for the place after six PriceChops. Said buyer will pay $4.6 million for the apartment, which was originally listed for $7.65M and for which Lagasse paid $5.8 million (and which he then renovated). Bam! The apartment has two kitchens, one small enough to be a "wet bar or large laundry room" instead. Lagasse has already moved on to a UES townhouse. [WSJ]
