How Much for a Slice of the Artist's Life on the Upper West?

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op on West 67th Street between Central Park West and Columbus
Square Feet: 706
Maintenance/CC: $1,259
The Skinny: This is a straightforward 1BR in a building with the standard full-service amenities: doorman, private storage, laundry, and common landscaped roof deck. But the building itself still has a bunch of ornate touches, like murals that have made their way onto the national historic register, left over from when it was designed in the early twentieth century with artists in mind. Of course, the price of living like an artist on the Upper West Side isn't quite the same these days. So just how much is it?
