Even with a few big fans of the Central Park Studios (designed by the Hotel des Artistes team) among the guessing crowd, no one hit the asking price on this one. Most came in low, citing closet space issues and a small bedroom. But as one commenter noted, with a promise to take the place for anything under $900K, "The layout was made as artist studios, not so much for those needing closets?hence the amazing light." We're assuming the handful of guesses over $1 million came from the artistically-minded.
