Jeremiah of Vanishing New York has a lot to say about the website for William T. Georgis-designed 350 West Broadway, and none of it good. The site's pages tell stories about an imaginary couple making fun of imaginary condo ads, like this: "'The language was farcical. 'Here’s a good one!' she said excitedly, moving herself into an upright position in order to make the best delivery possible. 'Enwrap yourself in ultimate luxury.'
